You will be responsible for scheduling maintenance, managing fuel and vehicle repairs, and ensuring all vehicles are compliant with government regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the government vehicle fleet.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, ensuring all repairs are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Manage fuel and vehicle repair budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with government regulations.
• Train and certify drivers, ensuring they meet all safety and operational standards.
• Monitor vehicle performance and safety, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure all vehicles are compliant with government regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with government departments and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the vehicle fleet.
• Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, maintenance, and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Certification in fleet management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of government regulations and industry standards related to vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Fleetio, Geotab, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
