📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees,Maintain and update employee records and personnel files,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation,Handle employee relations and resolve any issues or conflicts,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Support the HR team in managing employee attendance and leave requests,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR-related software,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
