📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
  • Organize and manage HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Support the HR manager in other HR-related tasks as needed.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
