📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
• Identify training needs through data analysis and employee feedback.
• Create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive workshops.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using metrics such as participant feedback, performance improvements, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall employee experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Learning & Development.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior HR professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Docebo, or Cornerstone.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret results to drive continuous improvement.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
