📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct land acquisition activities, including site visits, negotiations, and due diligence.
• Coordinate with local authorities, communities, and stakeholders to secure land parcels.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in land acquisition.
• Prepare and manage land acquisition contracts and agreements.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting progress to senior management.
• Liaise with legal teams to address any disputes or legal issues related to land acquisition.
• Provide training and support to junior staff in land acquisition processes.
• Stay updated with local and national land laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition and property development.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian land laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management software like MS Project.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with GIS and mapping tools is a plus.
