As a Metrology Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality control, directly impacting the safety and reliability of medical devices that touch lives every day.

Every day, you will calibrate and maintain a wide range of metrology equipment, including coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), micrometers, calipers, and various types of gauges. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that our products meet stringent international standards such as ISO 13485, FDA, and CE. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and consistency of our manufacturing processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Calibrate and maintain metrology equipment such as CMMs, micrometers, calipers, and various types of gauges.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure the accuracy and consistency of manufacturing processes.
• Document and report findings to the Quality Assurance team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 13485, FDA, and CE.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality-related issues.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on quality control procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in metrology and quality control technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metrology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in metrology and quality assurance.
• Certification in ISO 13485 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Familiarity with medical device manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in using metrology software such as Mitutoyo iGage, Hexagon PPM, and CMM software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
