📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage operational improvement projects, focusing on enhancing efficiency and productivity in agronomy industrial processes.
• Conduct process assessments and identify areas for improvement using tools such as Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Develop and implement improvement plans, including the deployment of new technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and measure the impact of improvements, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operational improvement.
• Mentor and coach team members on operational improvement methodologies and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in agronomy industrial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational improvement within the agriculture or manufacturing sector.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Proven experience in using process improvement tools and software such as Minitab, SAP, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with agronomy industrial processes and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
