📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct vendor performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best possible terms.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and plans.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract management, and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
