📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and contract management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet operational requirements.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and present regular procurement reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
