📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.,Monitor and maintain financial records and documents.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support business decisions.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance officer role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and collaboration platforms.
