PT Nagari Restu is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Cilegon. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving team performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.,Develop and implement team training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that team goals are aligned with company objectives.,Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate records of team performance and attendance.,Participate in company meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership roles.,Strong understanding of team management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
