📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage project budgets and ensure accurate cost tracking using tools like MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Analyze cost data and provide insightful reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project compliance with budget and schedule.
• Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost plans.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide cost-saving recommendations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare financial reports and present them to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quantity surveying.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CQS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, and other relevant software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
