Export Specialist - International Trade & Logistics

As an Export Specialist at Guna Berkah Propertindo, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of export operations, including but not limited to, preparing shipping documents, managing customs clearance, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. You will work closely with our sales and logistics teams to streamline the export process and meet our clients' expectations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and update export orders, tracking their progress from order placement to final delivery.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and import/export laws.
• Assist in the development and implementation of export strategies to expand our market reach.
• Provide support to the sales team by offering market insights and export-related information.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export transactions.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export operations or a related role.
• Proficient in using export management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Valid export license and knowledge of export control regulations is a plus.
