📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient use of vehicles.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to optimize costs and reduce downtime.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Generate reports on fleet performance and maintenance, and provide recommendations for improvement.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, and coordinate with service providers as needed.,Manage vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and maintenance records.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other stakeholders on fleet-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
