As a GA Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office, from managing administrative tasks to supporting our team with various office needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good condition.,Handle office mail, both incoming and outgoing, including sorting and distributing it to the appropriate recipients.,Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and other activities.,Maintain office records and files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.,Support the HR department with various tasks, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management meetings.,Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams, including coordinating travel arrangements and managing client communications.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or office environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with basic office management software and tools is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model, combining office and remote work.
