PT Cakrawala Damar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Process payroll for employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external auditors.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.,Provide support in the preparation of financial analyses and presentations for management meetings.,Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgeting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
