📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and support.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve service quality.,Organize and participate in store events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and trends.
