📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
Manage procurement processes, including supplier evaluations, negotiations, and order placements.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory and supply chain performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management and supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management and supply chain operations.
Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software is a plus.
Certification in Supply Chain Management or related fields is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
