📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the branch, ensuring its success and growth.,Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Implement and monitor branch policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of branch marketing strategies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a branch management or supervisory role.,Strong understanding of branch operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management.,Ability to travel and work in different locations.
