📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly,Manage cash and inventory, ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth transactions,Maintain a clean and organized cashiering area,Monitor and enforce store policies and procedures,Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software,Proven track record of providing excellent customer service,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must, English is a plus
