Central Gate Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

This is a full-time position located in Pondok Indah, Jakarta Raya. The salary range for this role is Rp 19.000.000 – Rp 25.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cashier operations, including opening and closing shifts, handling cash and credit card transactions, and processing refunds.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cash drawers and transaction logs.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure consistent service quality.,Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent theft or loss.,Collaborate with the management team to improve cashier operations and customer satisfaction.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cash handling and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the restaurant or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash register software.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in cash handling or customer service are a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) occasionally as needed.
