📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned retail outlets, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, providing training and support to ensure peak performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and quality.,Promote the brand and participate in marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven experience in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
