📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and identify opportunities for growth.,Manage and train a team of operational staff to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to drive overall business performance.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
