📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and management of the department,Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,Manage and mentor department staff, providing guidance and support,Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals,Monitor departmental performance and make data-driven decisions,Handle departmental budget and financial planning,Represent the department in meetings and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards,Experience with remote management and team collaboration tools
