📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their full potential.,Maintain accurate records of training programs, including attendance, feedback, and evaluation results.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to travel to the office location in Kuningan, Jawa Barat, as needed.
