In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent and workforce management initiatives that align with our business goals. You will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Develop and implement strategic talent and workforce management initiatives that align with the company's business goals.,Lead the recruitment and selection process for all positions, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.,Design and manage employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including tax and social security obligations.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct regular workforce planning and forecasting to ensure the right talent is in place at the right time.,Collaborate with senior management to address workforce challenges and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in strategic workforce planning and talent management.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
