📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage business analysis projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into clear, concise, and actionable business analysis deliverables.,Develop and maintain comprehensive business analysis documentation, including business requirements documents, use case diagrams, and process flow diagrams.,Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and analyze business requirements, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and engaged.,Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the success of business analysis projects, and propose appropriate solutions.,Provide business analysis expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality projects.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in business analysis, and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and efficiency of business analysis processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and solutions.,Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, and Lean.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with healthcare industry and its terminology is a plus.,Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, is a plus.
