Resto Krisna Cafe & Coffee is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior QC Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our food and beverages, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular quality checks on all food and beverage products to ensure they meet our high standards.,Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Investigate and resolve any quality or safety issues that arise.,Train and mentor junior QC Inspectors to ensure consistent quality standards across the team.,Maintain accurate records of all quality checks and inspections.,Ensure that all food handling and storage areas are clean and hygienic.,Provide excellent customer service to both staff and customers regarding food quality and safety concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP and ISO standards.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with quality control software and systems.,Valid food safety certification (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
