📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and support business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote SpringHealth products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the sales field.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
