📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily care of patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing emotional support.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care.
• Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Participate in patient education and support programs to promote recovery and well-being.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of treatments and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inpatient Nurse.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and compassionate demeanor.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
