📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing using tools like JIRA, Selenium, and Appium.
• Identify, document, and report software defects to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing into the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a QA or related role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Selenium, and Appium.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
