📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors, maintenance teams, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Monitor and control operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Use SAP and Oracle software to track expenses, manage work orders, and generate reports for management.
• Collaborate with property managers to develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance property operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong background in property operations and maintenance.
• Proven track record of managing multiple properties simultaneously, with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle software, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
