As an IT QA Tester, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases to identify software bugs and performance issues. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and execute test cases to identify software bugs and performance issues.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that our digital platforms meet the highest standards of quality.
• Create detailed test reports and documentation to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that test cases align with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Assist in the implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in using test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
