📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow enterprise client relationships, including Fortune 500 companies and large government entities.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Provide exceptional customer service to enterprise clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.,Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that our enterprise clients have a positive experience with Airbnb.,Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet the unique needs of our enterprise clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing and growing enterprise client relationships.,Strong understanding of the travel and hospitality industry, including the unique needs and challenges of enterprise clients.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Familiarity with Airbnb's products and services is a plus.
