📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate and up-to-date drawings.
• Review and approve drawings to meet project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the drawings.
• Prepare and submit technical documents, including schedules, bills of materials, and construction documents.
• Participate in design reviews and meetings to discuss project progress and address client concerns.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software updates, and best practices.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP drafting or a similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
