Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our financial health and compliance with Indonesian regulations, including those related to PTU, PPN, and other tax obligations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage full-spectrum accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations, including PTU, PPN, and other tax obligations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data is available for decision-making.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and best practices, applying them to our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting management, with a strong background in financial reporting and compliance.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, including PTU, PPN, and other tax obligations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
