As a Data Center Shift Lead at CBRE in Denpasar, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the daily operations of our data center facilities. You will work closely with a team of technicians and engineers to ensure that all systems are running smoothly, and you will be the primary point of contact for any issues that arise during your shift.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the data center, ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to and resolve any issues or incidents that arise during your shift, working closely with the technical team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, Tier III, and Uptime Institute standards.
• Collaborate with other shift leads and the operations team to ensure seamless handover of responsibilities.
• Provide on-call support for critical incidents outside of regular business hours.
• Document all activities and incidents, and ensure that all records are maintained in accordance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on critical infrastructure management.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing data center operations in a high-availability environment.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Data Center Essentials (DCE), CompTIA Server+, or equivalent are a plus.
• Familiarity with data center management software, such as RackWare, RackTables, or DCIM solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
